I have use the corel paintshop proXi to dp the sharpen; contrast; clone; noise reduction to achieve this image here.

It could be better the background is white or plain color.

The contour of the model is great.

If I am present during the selection, I would be more particular into the thigh skin texture. Fortunately with the Corel I can clone those skin defects out.
